It's been nearly a month now since the Onyx Heights Police Department raided the Pit Stop. The controversy that followed the event seemed to bleed out throughout the following weeks. Many were wondering if the city staple was safe after the brute force that seemed to rain down on the Bar. Since the "ambush" the Pit Stop has fallen quiet, by our records. So why is that?

After some research we've found out some tea for you, readers! It comes as a surprise to many, but after the heat we cannot say we blame this route. Or is there an underlying meaning behind it? Well, you be the judge.
According to public records, the former Owner of the Pit Stop has sold out and ditched town. Rumors are the heat got too hot, so perhaps the rumors of the drug ring were true? We still don't know for sure.
It leaves us to think, who has taken on the bar? That is something we are still researching to find out for you, readers. And if anyone gets that tea, please pass it to your favorite source of intel. What will become of the proclaimed "Unspoken Sport" with the Pit Fights? We assume they are cut down now, without the former owners leadership. But only time will tell.
This comes as a surprise string of other sell outs around the City. Other records show that the prestigious, Murphy's Pub, is also up for grabs (again). After other claims that unknown drugging's have happened here, as well. It's unknown if the two former owners were working together, and the Onyx Heights Police Department seems at a loss for answers *shocker* -not-.

Call us Detectives, but it does seem like the drug crisis in Onyx Heights is only getting worse. And what means does it end? We're reporting this to make sure you are all aware, readers!
Perhaps this will be a measure to get more upstanding community leaders in place. Stay safe, Onyx Heights. It's been a gloomy month, and seems things are not settling down anytime soon.
((OOC: If you are interested in running Murphy's Pub, apply today!))
